A Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) is a person who “Analyses the skills requirements within an organisation and coordinates the execution of the personal development plans of employees, monitors the implementation of the workplace skills plan and reports accordingly”.

This Skills Development Facilitator course will equip learners with the required knowledge and skills to identify training needs, draw up Work Place Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports. This course will give you a good comprehension of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
